Waves Players host Mini-Camp

This past week, Waves players give back to the softball community by holding a 4-day mini-camp for girls ages 5 to12. Spearheaded by rising Goochland County Senior, Jasmine Price. Waves 18U players were: Ryane Barlow, Goochland graduate and rising freshman at Longwood University, Samantha Wilder (Atlee) Caroline Whitfield (Atlee), and Allison Crum (Clover Hill Graduate), a rising freshman at Mary Baldwin, provided softball instruction to some of the area's next Softball superstars! They even incorporated some good old summer fun by showing off those throwing skills with water balloons! These young ladies displayed a true love for the game and the value of giving back to the community.

Announcing Waves 23U!

We are proud to announce that we have added another team to the Waves Family!

This summer, local college players, including Waves alumni will join to play in 4 Summer tournaments throughout the Commonwealth.

If you’re a college player looking to maintain reps in the off-season or work on some skills before returning to school in the Fall, then reach out to Coach Stan Thorne <stan.thorne3@gmail.com> to see if we can help you out! All efforts were made to keep expenses reasonable.

This is going to be a great summer for our girls who want to keep playing!
